Today’s DietBet “Daily Carrot” is interesting. They recommend taking up jogging. Jogging is a great way to lose weight. It’s easy and free. Grab your headphones, throw on some old shorts and a t-shirt, and take off right from your front door. Give it a try and see if you can run further each time you jog.
My wife and I used to jog a little, and I jogged with friends every now and then back in the day, but as I mentioned in another post, I’ve had to take it easy on jogging because my knees don’t really like it. So, while jogging is an awesome option for many reasons, don’t think it’s the only one. Find something that fits with your lifestyle and your interests, and use that to stay energized and focused on your goals.
