An on-site diabetes screening prevention event
One in every three people have prediabetes and 90% don’t know they have it! That means
your employees may be able to prevent diabetes—but they might not know they’re at risk.

NEMS-V vending machine analysis by Two Rivers Health Department
Two Rivers Department of Public Health will assist with analyzing your vending machine
options for nutrition using the Nutrition Environment Measures Survey for Vending.

Wellness program coaching from Community Partners
The Wellness Coordinator at Buffalo County community partners will come speak with your
wellness team about the essentials of building a strong worksite wellness program.

Discounted Storm Hockey tickets on Saturday, March 18th
On Saturday, March 18th, tickets for employees of member companies and their families will be $11 for adults
(regularly $17.50), and $5 for kids. Tickets must be ordered through the box office using the Activate Buffalo
County promotion code provided by Community Partners.

A $10 gift certificate to Kearney Parks and Recreation
KPR will donate one gift certificate for KPR programs to each member company to be used as a wellness
incentive, prize or reward.

UNK will host promotional nights at athletic events throughout the year, at which admission will be free for
