#21: Shopping for whole grains can be tricky and confusing. So many packages advertise “whole wheat!’ or “7 multi grains!” but to know the truth you have to read the ingredients list! Look for these ingredients FIRST on the list: whole wheat, brown rice, bulgur, buckwheat, oatmeal, whole oats, and whole rye.
