#20: Whole grains are a great snack! When you’ve got the “munchies” reach for whole-wheat crackers or popcorn. With little or no added salt and butter, popcorn is a great replacement for potato chips. It can be hard though, to buy popcorn without all of the added butter and salt, and it gets expensive! So check out this blog post about making your own microwave popcorn in a brown paper bag!
