Well, we’ve come to the last of our tips/challenges to Lighten Up at restaurants and eating out! But don’t worry, the challenges are still going strong, so stay tuned for more, on Monday we jump back into fruits and veggies!
#35: On a long trip/commute, instead of swinging through the drive through or picking up a snack at the gas station, pack your own snack! Dried fruit and nuts make great road snacks and are easy to much on! Trail mix is a great way to combine the two, and sometimes there is even chocolate included! That’s always a plus!
