#22: Okay, who can guess what’ I’m going to start with? PORTION SIZE! Portion size, portion size, portion size!!!! It’s vital! I serving size of meat/protein is about the size and thickness of a deck of cards. Thanks to the restaurant industry, we’ve come to believe that an entire 12oz steak is an appropriate portion size, and it isn’t!
