Today’s challenge is to share some of your favorite healthful recipes with your fellow DietBetters. I love to cook and have been super busy working on a Healthful Potluck Favorites recipe guide for the Buffalo County Community Partners Community Building Block Party toolkits. (Sara from Sweet Success helped me and shared some awesome recipes with me.) The recipe guide is available in our toolkit for a $10 donation. Here’s one of my favorites from the book.
