bananas on scaleIt’s Friday again, and we’re almost through two weeks of daily tips and challenges, can you believe it? Are you ready for #12?

#12: Children ages 9-18 need approximately 1.5 cups of fruit each day. Bananas are a great fruit because you can do so much with them! Slice one up and throw it on top of their rice krispies in the morning, or in their peanut butter sandwich at lunch.
