#19: Make ingredient switches: Did you know that there are many ingredients you can substitute for other ingredients to reduce fat content and other benefits? For example:
- when a recipe calls for sour cream, substitute plain yogurt
- when a recipe calls for cream cheese, use ricotta cheese
It’s something simple that once you know, it can save you extra calories and unnecessary fat in all kinds of recipes!
