Ready for a super simple challenge? I mean, we’re talking easy-peasy. It’s Wednesday and our 17th challenge to Lighten Up is here! 

#17: Make a simple switch and trade out half of the grains you eat for whole grains: brown rice instead of white, or wheat bread instead of white.

Super easy right? Just buy a package of whole wheat bread at the store, instead of the wonder bread that turns to sugar in your stomach! Whole wheat sandwiches will fill you up longer and taste great! It doesn’t get much easier than that to make a healthy trade!
