It’s time for a Tip on Tuesday to Lighten Up! It’s our second tip for the Dairy and Grains week, and our 16th challenge over all! 

#16: Make sure your portion sizes are correct!!!! When you create your plate, 1/4 of it should be starchy foods like whole grains, rice, cooked beans and etc.

You’re probably going to get sick of hearing it, but portion sizes are such a simple change that can make a big difference!
