#36: Know how to “Create Your Plate” – HALF of your plate should consist of fruits and vegetables! Contrary to what restaurants would have us believe, protein and carbs should not take up 2/3 of our plate! So when you serve up your meals at home, be sure to include a fruit and vegetable to balance out your chicken breast or whatever protein you’re eating!
