#18: “Skim” the fat off your dairy products! Reducing from whole milk to 1% cuts calories without reducing the amount of calcium or other nutrients. Again, this one is pretty easy! Just pick 1% instead of whole or 2% next time you buy milk. Same goes for yogurt and cheese!
No need to not enjoy your daily glass of milk, just cut down on the fat!
